JOSEPH EDERY

Joe brings over 25 years of retail and real estate experience to ICON. He is a founding partner in the business, with deep knowledge of the luxury market. Joe understands that success is only achieved by respecting the goals of both brands and customers. He maintains strong relationships throughout the industry, endlessly working to deliver results for all parties. Well-known for his positive energy and spirit, Joe was recognized by Forbes Magazine as a top entrepreneur.

EBRAHIM BARAKAT

With over 20 years of retail experience, Abie serves as ICON’s COO. A clever planner and superb negotiator, Abie continues to be a driving force of ICON’s year-over-year growth. He is well known and respected within the industry. Abie became a partner in ICON in 2010.

PAOLO FASSINA

An experienced fashion executive in both Italy and the United States, Paolo is behind many of ICON’s top supplier relationships. With over 30 years in the industry, he has built a global reputation for consistency and trust. Paolo splits much of his time between the US and Europe, always meeting with partners and ensuring ICON meets their needs. Prior to Icon, Paolo served in executive roles at Replay, Zegna and GFT.

TOM OTT

Tom has an impeccable reputation in the industry and an extensive background in luxury, department store, and off-price retail space. Tom started his career at Lord & Taylor as a buyer in men’s sportswear and tailored clothing. After L&T, Tom joined Saks Fifth Avenue where he spent the bulk of his impressive career as SVP of Men’s, Home, & Concession before becoming Chief Merchant. Tom was responsible for directing the team to develop an edited assortment that was curated for their customers. As a part of Saks’ growth strategy, Tom traveled around the globe negotiating business agreements with luxury groups including LVMH and Kering.

ANGELA POPPE

As Chief Financial Officer of Icon Luxury Group, Angela brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution both in finance and operations. She currently oversees 50+ people with offices in NY, NJ, Canada and Italy.
